About this performance

In a dynamic partnership with one of Fairfield county’s most prolific yoga studios, Kaia Yoga, we are offering a distinct yoga class with live chamber ensembles.

The music performed will serve as a focal piece to the yoga practice, being curated to fully enhance the various energetic states of a flow through tempo, dynamics, and character. The practice will have minimal instruction from the teacher to allow for immersion in the music. We will set up in the “Mandala” style with teachers and musicians in the center and practitioners in a circle of mats surrounding.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may enjoy for your practice.
